8:30 a.m. Yoga Flow
An all levels yoga practice linking movement from one pose to the next with the breath.
5:30 p.m. Kundalini Yoga and Kirtan Kriya Meditation
Kundalini is your creative energy. This practice awakens that energy by linking a set of poses to breath and mantra producing a particular effect. This powerful practice empowers you to master your mind, deliver your values and live your life with dignity and integrity. The Kirtan Kriya Meditation is a 12 minute meditation using mantra and mudras to clear the mind of subconscious “garbage”, improving mental clarity, memory and focus.
4:00 p.m. Yoga for Strength and Flexibility
This gentle practice helps to restore and improve flexibility, mobility, and agility at any age. It will improve your posture, balance, spinal flexibility, and helps to release tightness in your shoulders, relax the muscles in your torso, and expand mobility in your hip joints. You will feel more energetic and enjoy moving more freely.

6:30 p.m. Restorative Yoga
The guiding principle of restorative yoga is that support creates release. Props (blankets, bolsters and blocks) support the body to release muscular tension. The process eventually leads to spaciousness in the body, a quieting of the mind and freedom from thought and relaxation. A much-needed practice in today’s busy, fast paced world.
5:30 p.m. Unwind Yoga
This asana class is designed to stretch and open the body followed by resting poses to allow you to let go of your week and prepare your mind and body for the weekend.
Self-Massage with Therapy Balls
Learn how to give yourself a myofascial massage using various therapy balls to relieve muscular pain, tension, and tightness. Call for details and schedule.

Mala or Wrist Mala Workshop
Invite intention into your life. Enjoy a class that will teach you how to set an intention , make a beautiful mala or wrist mala, and practice japa mala meditation.
