Meet the Founder: Ellen Aldrich

Ellen Aldrich, founder of Sound of Soul Yoga, is a compassionate yoga therapist dedicated to helping individuals improve their health and well-being. With over a decade of yoga practice, 12+ years of teaching experience, and a background as a Registered Nurse (RN), Ellen uniquely blends healthcare expertise and yoga therapy to support healing for body, mind, and spirit.


Her personalized sessions address diverse needs, from injury recovery and chronic pain management to improved fitness and emotional well-being. Known for her patient and empathetic teaching style, Ellen empowers clients to actively participate in their healing journey, fostering self-awareness, self-care, and lasting transformation.

Ellen Aldrich, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 1000+ hours advanced training; 12 years teaching experience; Certified Yoga Therapist IAYT; RYT-500, and Brain Longevity Specialist.
