Private Yoga Sessions

Our Private Yoga Sessions offer individualized instruction to refine your practice. These 75-minute sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. Ellen will guide you through personalized practices to improve posture, alignment, and technique, helping you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.


Private yoga sessions are beneficial for:


  • Improving alignment and form in yoga poses
  • Learning modifications and adaptations for physical limitations
  • Deepening mindfulness and meditation practices
  • Exploring specific styles or techniques (such as restorative or Vinyasa flow yoga)
  • Developing a personal yoga practice outside of group classes

Group Yoga Classes

Thursday 6:00 pm Yoga Flow.
